3 Huge bedroom 2 bath home with sunken (step down) kitchen, 2 living rooms, fireplace, skylights and more! Adult owned, no children have lived here, and very well taken care of.
Total Party Pad! Movie Theatre - Geek House 2000 square feet, 2 living rooms. Wireless Internet works throughout the home. Cable cat5 cable in just about every room. You can have either Comcast Cable throughout, or DirecTV. House is wired for DirecTV with multiple lines in Den, Living Room, Master bedroom. Satellite Dish is very new and has dual LNB - meaning you can record 2 shows at once if you have tivo. (We actually have 2 tivos and can record 3 at once) LAN cable installed in 2nd and 3rd bedroom for networked PC’s.
House has outstanding Central Air, Nice HOT furnace, and we replaced the water heater in 2001. Very economical on the utilities. Pristine white walls throughout. Water is paid by park.
Living Room – This room is a custom Movie Theatre. Monster cable installed throughout so you can hang your 5.1 rear & back speakers & hook them up. (hardware is already in place) This room has red movie Theatre plush velvet curtains & blackout shades block the light to create a very dark theatre at any time of day. Amaze your friends!
Master bath – Luxurious Jacuzzi with jets under a Skylight. It has a tall step in shower w/massage for those days when you don't have time to soak. Tons of white cupboards for your towels. Brand new (2007) deep plush carpeting in master bath makes it seem like a hotel. Double porcelain sinks with tan tile back splash. Large light bar over sinks, mood lighting, 2 towel racks. Toilet is privately situated even with doors wide open. Bathroom has access to the L shaped closet.
2nd bedroom – Used as an office. Huge corner walk in closet with shelf storage, large window. Cabled for high speed internet.
2nd (Guest) bath – Full tub, Porcelain sink with tile back splash. Light bar and overhead mood lighting. Large skylight.
Huge Dream Kitchen – Has a huge island with cupboards and drawers & outlet, great for parties & cooking. Skylights overhead. Enormous window wall lets in the morning sun, perfect for piano or breakfast nook. Large cupboards. Oak colored cabinets. Nice 2 year old Laminate floor. Tile back splash (will be replaced) Double Deep sink with “bone crusher” disposal. Microwave new in 2007. Other appliances are not included in sale price but can be added for additional cost: Brand new 2008 GE Dishwasher, GE Flat top stove.
Den (second living room)– Huge Stone wood-burning fireplace with large stone hearth. Overhead moveable lighting perfect to accent a fireplace painting. Large windows on two walls. Perfect for Den or it could be a formal dining room.
Dining Room – Built in china cabinet with accent lighting. Large window. There is a 8' banister around a step down into the kitchen. Brand new modern chandelier with dimmer.
Enclosed laundry room is 14 feet long and also has the home's back door. Plenty of room for storage, hanging cupboards, laundry rack. Water heater and furnace access & circuit panel. Perfect kitty litter nook area. Large Capacity Washer and Dryer are available for sale if interested.
Large 14' entrance foyer has large hall closet with tall storage, laminate floor. Gives the home a very elegant feel to have a foyer.
Lot rental fee applies, or I have info on moving companies to move your home to your own property. Home is located in Deerfield Estates. If you will be renting, the $380 lot fee is included in the $985 rental price.
Big storage shed has double doors, I think it's 10' by 10' inside. Comes with lawnmower. I have a gardener if interested. He cuts twice a month and does spring cleanup for a very reasonable price.
Garden includes very large Hostas, Irises, Rose bush, Lilac bush. Nice garden area grows awesome herbs and vegetables for garden. Front garden has hostas, marigolds, Phlox, lavender and more.
